You only move onto our standard commercial model after Evernext has demonstrated value through three confirmed customers.
What counts as a customer
We never charge you because someone viewed your profile, saw you in search results, clicked through to your website, revealed your phone number or started an enquiry they didn't finish. A free customer is only used when an enquiry from Evernext becomes a confirmed customer of yours — you tell us the outcome, and if a booking is later cancelled we reverse it.
You don't pay until we've proven we can deliver customers. After your third confirmed customer we will talk to you about our standard model — nothing is charged automatically and nothing starts without your agreement.
How you are listed
We collect published standardised price lists, extract the figures, and have a person check them before anything appears. Every price we show carries its source and the date we last checked it. Listing is free and is not conditional on any commercial arrangement.
Providers cannot pay to rank higher. Organic results are ordered only by relevance to the person searching — location, the type of funeral they need, matching services and published pricing. Any commercial relationship, including this introductory offer, has no influence on that order, and where disclosure is appropriate we show it on the profile.
Claim your profile
Search for your business, sign in with your work email, and if it matches your website domain we hand the listing over straight away. Otherwise a person here checks it, usually within two working days.
Verified prices
Prices you confirm are marked as verified by you, with the date. Families see that as a stronger signal than an extracted figure.
Enquiries are opt-in
We only pass on someone's details when they have chosen you and ticked a consent box. You can switch enquiries off at any time.
Corrections
If a figure is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. We keep the previous version rather than quietly overwriting it.
